Chapter 113 – Kun Jun

Chapter 113 – Kun Jun

Suddenly, a tremendous roar erupted from within the smoke, dispersing it all!

Zhongli’s shield remained intact, and in one hand, he held the Vortex Vanquisher, calmly gazing at the Azhdaha.

“Morax, I’ll help you.”

Seeing this from a distance, Qiu Bai summoned the Chaos Sword in his hand and instantly appeared beside Zhongli.

“Two gods.”

“Do you think I’ll be afraid just because of that?!”

Azhdaha roared toward the positions of Zhongli and Qiu Bai!

Then, his massive palm slammed down toward Zhongli and Qiu Bai.

Qiu Bai swiftly retreated backward, while Zhongli also frowned and stepped back.

Boom!

After a deafening crash, Qiu Bai gripped the Chaos Sword in his hand.

He swung it toward Azhdaha’s direction!

A jet-black and white sword energy struck Azhdaha’s body with tremendous force.

“Ah!!”

Azhdaha cried out in pain.

He then gathered a massive amount of Geo Element, and huge boulders formed from Geo Element began falling from the sky!

Zhongli dodged the falling boulders while charging straight toward Azhdaha with the Vortex Vanquisher in hand.

With lightning speed, he thrust the spear toward Azhdaha.

Clang!

A clear metallic ring echoed!

Zhongli’s attack felt as if it had struck an immovable, unbreakable boulder.

“Lift.”

As soon as Zhongli uttered this word, the shaft of the Vortex Vanquisher in his hand bent slightly.

With a surge of force, Azhdaha was lifted into the air!

“Ugh…!”

“You betrayed me once, and now you betray me again?!”

Azhdaha, flung into the air, crashed to the ground with his massive body and shouted angrily at Zhongli before him.

“If that is what you believe… then so be it.”

“Those who carry memories are destined to bear the weight of truth. It has always been this way.”

Zhongli looked at Azhdaha and spoke helplessly.

“Morax, this is not the true Azhdaha.”

“It is merely a portion of power that leaked due to the loosening of the seal.”

Qiu Bai teleported to Zhongli’s side and, gazing at the colossal creature before them, spoke slowly.

“So, let’s finish this quickly.”

“Then release the true Azhdaha.”

Qiu Bai frowned, raised the Chaos Sword in his hand, and exerted a slight force.

A jet-black and white sword energy, countless times more terrifying than before, slashed toward Azhdaha!

The entire underground space was illuminated by this fearsome sword energy.

The terrifying energy left Lumine and Paimon, who were nearby, feeling suffocated.

“Morax!”

“Do you truly intend to destroy me?!”

Azhdaha watched the approaching sword energy and spoke with disbelief.

“Sigh…”

Zhongli crossed his arms and let out a sigh.

He slowly closed his eyes, refusing to look toward Azhdaha’s position.

“Ah…!”

Azhdaha let out a cry of pain as the sword energy.

Sliced him into rock-like fragments, which glowed and transformed into energy.

This energy then surged toward the center of the space.

Sensing this, Zhongli slowly opened his eyes.

He raised his hand and once again summoned the sealing stone pillars.

The surrounding golden Barrier seal stood tall once more, trapping this energy.

Unable to escape, the energy gradually took the form of a young girl, emanating a dark aura.

Seeing this, Lumine and Paimon also approached.

“Hehehehe, Morax!”

“It was you who sealed me underground before, and now three hundred years later, it is you again…!”

The little girl lowered her head, her voice completely unlike that of a child, speaking in anger.

“You should call it fate, Azhdaha.”

Zhongli crossed his arms, speaking steadily.

“Fate? Hahaha, fate…!”

“Fate! Hahahaha!”

Azhdaha, as if hearing something amusing, raised his head and laughed loudly.

“Is this the consideration of a god?!”

“Destroy what you do not need, trampling the wilderness with butchers!”

Standing within the seal, Azhdaha glared at Zhongli and spoke angrily.

“And you, I recognize you!”

“You are the Demon God who purified me!”

Azhdaha’s gaze shifted toward Qiu Bai.

“No, it was not you I purified.”

“Rather…”

Qiu Bai’s gaze calmly turned toward the figure behind him.

“No, it is you who have forgotten!”

A familiar figure gradually approached from behind, emanating a white aura.

“This voice is…?”

“Huh, Kun Jun?!”

Paimon turned around in surprise, looking at Kun Jun.

“Azhdaha…”

Zhongli did not turn around, his arms crossed, murmuring with his eyes slightly closed.

“It has been a long time, Morax.”

“And you, Morpheus.”

Kun Jun walked between Qiu Bai and Zhongli, addressing them slowly.

“You know me.”

Hearing Kun Jun’s words, Qiu Bai frowned slightly, asking with some confusion.

“Hehe, I’ve heard Morax mention you quite often.”

“How could I forget the kindness of sacrificing yourself to purify me from corruption?”

Kun Jun nodded, smiling at Qiu Bai.

“Who exactly are you…?”

The little girl stared at Kun Jun, speaking with disbelief.

“As you see, Azhdaha.”

Kun Jun crossed his arms, looking at the little girl within the seal, speaking calmly.

“That battle earlier.”

“You used all your strength on us.”

Zhongli turned his head, looking at Kun Jun, and spoke slowly.

“Hehe, there was no other way.”

“This is all I possess.”

Kun Jun smiled somewhat helplessly.

The strike that blocked the little girl’s dark energy before entering had already exhausted all his strength.

“Aren’t you Kun Jun?”

“Who exactly is Azhdaha…”

Lumine stared wide-eyed at Kun Jun, asking with confusion.

If this one is also Azhdaha, then who is the one inside the seal?

“Forgive me for not revealing the truth sooner, Traveler.”

“Some things only became clear to me when I reached this tree.”

Kun Jun looked at Lumine, speaking apologetically.

“To be precise, I am not the complete Azhdaha…”

“But a small fragment.”

Kun Jun explained to Lumine.

“Heaven and earth, yin and yang, the two polarities—you can think of me and the Dragon King over there as such existences.”

“We are both manifestations of Azhdaha’s will.”

Kun Jun explained slowly to the somewhat confused Lumine.

“There are two Azhdahas!”

Paimon exclaimed in surprise, looking back and forth between the little girl and Kun Jun.

“Speaking of yin-yang duality reminds me of Qiu Bai.”

“Doesn’t he have a title, Adeptus of Yin and Yang?”

Lumine looked at Qiu Bai, asking curiously.

“Hehe, in terms of understanding yin and yang, I am naturally no match for him.”

“I was just using it as an analogy.”

Kun Jun looked at the somewhat puzzled Lumine, placed a hand on his chest, and explained with a smile.

Qiu Bai observed Kun Jun and the little girl inside the Barrier, stroking his chin.

Logically speaking, neither of these could truly be considered Azhdaha’s true form. To repair the Erosion, he would still need to release the Dragon King’s original body.
