Chapter 210: Jump After Jump, Pure Mockery
Chapter 210: Jump After Jump, Pure Mockery
The Ability Users who had consumed most of their Blood Sacrifice to restore their Vitality stared at Jack in astonishment.
“Is this Player insane? How dare he provoke the Ironhead Red Giant?”
“He really has no idea what death is.”
“The Ironhead Red Giant’s Strength can crush a dragonfly with a single blow, and this Player still dares to provoke it?”
Jack turned his head and said, “Watch closely, you bunch of trash. This is how you pull aggro.”
Jack led the Ironhead Red Giant toward the Ability User with the broken leg as if walking a dog, leaping over the Ability User in a single bound.
The Ironhead Red Giant, however, had no such awareness and directly stomped the Ability User on the ground into a pulp.
“No, Iron King!” one Ability User cried out in distress at the sight of his companion’s gruesome death.
“Stop yelling. You’re next,” Jack changed direction and ran toward the loudly shouting Ability User.
“Thud, thud, thud, thud.” With each step the Ironhead Red Giant took, the ground trembled violently.
The other Ability Users quickly covered their mouths, afraid of being noticed by Jack.
The targeted Ability User wanted to sever his own legs to avoid Jack’s scheme of using the giant to kill him.
But how could his speed compare to Kamiyu and Ji Yue’s?
With Kamiyu’s permission, Ji Yue activated her Skill again. Thick vines burst through the ice, binding the Ability User in place, not even giving him a chance to sever his legs.
“Well done!” Jack shouted back.
With a sickening “squelch,” another pool of Flesh and Blood splattered across the icy surface.
“Yueyue.” Before Ji Yue could savor the excitement of being praised for a few more seconds, the bloody scene overwhelmed her, and her stomach began churning again.
Seeing Jack Flexing, Kamiyu couldn’t contain her own urge to show off. She immediately said to Jack, “Jump up. I’m about to launch an attack.”
Of course, Kamiyu wouldn’t aim at Jack. She was worried about Arc splashes and the electric Damage from the icy surface harming him.
As long as there was a Hint from the Skill user Kamiyu, dodging the secondary Skill effects was as easy as playing a game.
However, jumping a second too early or too late would result in being electrocuted into a fool.
“Quick, listen to her. Let’s follow that Player and jump.” Many Ability Users took this opportunity to sever their own feet, restoring themselves and regaining the ability to walk on the ice.
“This woman is so foolish, actually shouting it out loud. Is she afraid we won’t hear her?” one Ability User sneered.
Brother Baojun had already freed himself and said with slight confusion, “Could it be that I misjudged this Pink Hair woman? With her level, she shouldn’t be this incompetent. Why would she give us a Hint?”
“Hmph, even if you tell us the method, we won’t be grateful. We’ll Blood Sacrifice you all later,” an Ability User with particularly low brain capacity still couldn’t grasp the situation.
The three Newcomer Players also looked at Kamiyu with slight concern.
“Miss Kamiyu, my Skill is still on Cooldown. Should we wait until it’s ready, and I can Bind them again?” Ji Yue was the first to speak.
“Yes, Ji Yue is right. Let Big Brother Jack keep running, or have the Artillery in the rear fire another Artillery Shell,” Dunzi reminded.
Chu Feng, however, said passionately, “I’ll go help Big Brother Jack.”
Kamiyu shook her head, placed her index finger against her tender lips, and whispered, “Shh. Of course I know. I was just tricking them for fun. You all just wait and watch the show.”
The three of them were taken aback, thinking in surprise, “Playing?”
“Miss Kamiyu actually treats such a tense and thrilling life-or-death struggle as a game. How bold must she be?”
“Miss Kamiyu truly surprises us every time,” Chu Feng said, wiping his nose with a smile.
They had underestimated the tacit understanding between Kamiyu and Jack. Kamiyu and Jack could communicate through glances and body movements, understanding each other’s thoughts and intentions.
When Kamiyu raised her finger slightly, Jack knew exactly when to jump. She had deliberately spoken loudly for the Ability Users to hear.
She was genuinely afraid they might miss it, so she intentionally shouted.
Jack was well aware of his “little sister’s” mischievous nature. Even in such a situation, she still had the mood to play around. Since he was her “good big brother,” of course, he would play along.
Moreover, Mephisto had shown no reaction, and the Dark Gold Sword Doombringer hadn’t even exerted its full strength yet.
Both Kamiyu and Jack possessed absolute confidence in their abilities, which was why they dared to act this way.
Kamiyu thought to herself, “Even if these Ability Users hear my instructions and follow Jack’s jump, so what? Can they guess whether Jack will jump again? Or whether he won’t jump at all?
Jack has already taken the Anti-Electricity Potion, and his armor is stained with blood. Combined, he can withstand this attack without taking any damage, only losing a bit of his armor’s Durability.”
After finishing her internal monologue, the two exchanged a glance, silently understanding each other’s signals.
“It’s coming,” Kamiyu reminded.
Jack continued running, leading the Ironhead Red Giant around.
The remaining seven Ability Users all turned their attention to Jack, ears perked up to catch Kamiyu’s commands.
Load: Thunderstorm Bullet, Select: Arc Splash, Stack: Curving Bullet.
Select Core Skill: Hammer of the Thunder God.
This time was different—she was going to shout her skills to “remind” the Ability Users below.
Though she called it a reminder, it was actually meant to mess with them.
Kamiyu placed her finger on the trigger and shouted, “Take this!”
Jack jumped without warning.
“This male Player jumped, everyone, follow suit!” Brother Baojun once again took charge, directing the others.
All seven Ability Users jumped in unison.
“Haha, this fool didn’t expect us to follow his jump,” one Ability User gloated.
“Exactly. Jumping can avoid the lightning damage. This skill is practically useless,” another sneered.
Kamiyu hadn’t given a signal, meaning Jack could jump whenever he wanted.
Jack noticed Kamiyu’s finger twitch slightly. The moment he landed, he crouched halfway and leaped again with a charged jump.
It was like going for a rebound in basketball—while the others landed, Jack jumped again to contest the rebound, soaring even higher this time and staying airborne longer.
As the others touched down,
Kamiyu pulled the trigger.
Six consecutive Hammers of the Thunder God struck.
The Lightning Skill, approaching the speed of light, descended from the sky once more, piercing straight into the ground.
Six thunderous booms echoed through the Stadium.
Kamiyu’s Hammers of the Thunder God all landed squarely on the Ironhead Red Giant. Fortunately, the Ironhead Red Giant was massive, like a small mountain, and took the full brunt of Kamiyu’s attack. Bathed in the electric light, its skin grew even more charred.
The other Ability Users fell right into the trap. Even if they tried to jump again after landing, they couldn’t react in time.
“What? He jumped again?”
“Damn, we’ve been tricked.”
“Hurry, let’s jump too.”
Before they could finish speaking, they were struck by 30 stray arcs of electricity, combined with the conductive damage from the ice surface, suffering severe electric shock damage.
