Chapter 233 – Tai Xuan Ji Zhen Grotto-heaven! Dong Xuan Emperor Lord!
Chapter 233 – Tai Xuan Ji Zhen Grotto-heaven! Dong Xuan Emperor Lord!
Behind the waterfall lay a hidden world. After passing through, it felt as if they had arrived in another small realm.
Here, celestial palaces stood like small islands floating in the Void, with multicolored light flowing around them. Various spiritual birds and Exotic Beasts danced in the air, creating an immortal atmosphere!
This scene made Ye Sheng’s eyes narrow slightly. “Is this the Taixuan Jizhen Cave Heaven? The Great Emperor’s Dao field?!”
The Immortal Puppet led the way, nodding with a smile. “That’s right. Many people are amazed when they first enter the Taixuan Jizhen Cave Heaven.”
“Follow me!” the Immortal Puppet said as he led the way.
Ye Sheng followed behind this Saint Puppet, using Aerial Flight to head deeper into the cave heaven.
…
At the center of the Taixuan Jizhen Cave Heaven stood a majestic imperial palace, radiating boundless light at all times. This light penetrated countless spaces, as if illuminating All Heavens and Worlds!
This sight would make anyone who saw it feel solemn and reverent, falling into silence.
In front of the imperial palace, there was a sky-reaching stone staircase leading to it. The number of steps was unknown, as halfway up, they were shrouded in clouds and mist, making it impossible to see the full staircase at a glance.
Whoosh!
At the foot of the sky-reaching stone staircase was a white jade plaza, where two figures landed.
They were none other than the Immortal Puppet and Ye Sheng.
“We need to wait here for a moment!” the Immortal Puppet said with a gentle aura.
Ye Sheng nodded, looking around curiously, especially at the sky-reaching stone staircase, wondering how many steps it had.
The Immortal Puppet said, “Apart from you, the Emperor Lord has also accepted three others this time. Like you, they are top scholars from other provinces.”
The Immortal Puppet smiled as he looked at Ye Sheng.
“Is that so?” Ye Sheng’s eyes flickered.
The Immortal Puppet nodded. “Emperor Lord Dongxuan hasn’t taken a disciple for decades. This time is an exception!”
After that, the two chatted for a while, and the Immortal Puppet revealed quite a bit to him.
About half an hour later, three streaks of light flew toward them.
They were a fiery red streak, a pitch-black streak, and an earthy yellow streak.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
The three streaks of light landed on the white jade plaza, attracting Ye Sheng’s attention. He looked at each of them in turn.
After the fiery red streak landed, it revealed a figure as sturdy as an iron tower, with flames burning around him at all times. It was also a Saint Puppet.
The Immortal Puppet introduced with a smile, “This is Fire Puppet!”
Beside Fire Puppet stood a young man who, like Ye Sheng when he first arrived, was curiously looking around.
The Immortal Puppet continued, “This black fellow is Prison Puppet! He’s a bit cold-natured, so don’t get close to him unless necessary!”
Ye Sheng looked over. After the pitch-black streak landed, it revealed a Saint Puppet clad in black armor, with an aura as cold as ice. The young man following him shivered uncontrollably, wishing he could stay far away.
“The earthy yellow fatty is Earth Puppet!” the Immortal Puppet said.
Ye Sheng looked again. After the earthy yellow streak landed, it looked like a round, rolling hill, with a smiling face. However, the gravity around him was immense, as if it could crush anyone who got too close.
Beside him stood a young woman with long, jet-black hair. When she saw Ye Sheng and the other two, her cherry lips parted slightly.
She had thought the Great Emperor had only accepted her, but it turned out there were three others.
“Hmph!”
A young man in a white suit snorted coldly, also somewhat displeased. He, too, had thought the Great Emperor had only accepted him.
The other youth was much more ordinary, taciturn, his gaze flickering as he stared at Ye Sheng and the other two.
“Greetings to you Seniors!” Ye Sheng cupped his hands, paying respects to the three newly arrived Saint Puppets.
Earth Puppet and Fire Puppet smiled and nodded.
Prison Puppet, however, acted as if he hadn’t seen them, completely ignoring them.
“That guy’s just like that, don’t mind him,” Immortal Puppet said with a laugh.
Dong!
At that moment, a deep, melodious bell toll echoed from the magnificent imperial palace, reverberating throughout the entire Taixuan Jizhen Cave Heaven.
“Let’s go! The Great Emperor is summoning us!” Prison Puppet looked up, grabbed the white-suited youth by the collar, and soared into the air toward the ascending stone steps, ignoring the youth’s grimace.
Earth Puppet and Fire Puppet also took off with their respective charges.
“We should go too!” Immortal Puppet said with a smile. “Don’t be nervous when you meet Emperor Lord Dongxuan!”
Ye Sheng nodded.
Immediately, a gentle force enveloped Ye Sheng’s body, carrying him toward the ascending stone steps.
…
Only when standing right before it could one truly appreciate the grandeur of the imperial palace!
Standing before this imperial palace, Ye Sheng and the others felt like ants, prompting the white-suited youth to mutter about what kind of person would reside in such a magnificent palace.
The young woman and the silent youth were somewhat nervous, after all, they were about to meet a 9th Revolution Ghost Emperor.
A moment later, the palace doors creaked open a crack.
The group stepped inside.
Ye Sheng took a deep breath and followed them in.
…
Entering the imperial palace was like stepping into a Minor World. An endless sea of light surged, making everything invisible.
“Where are the people?”
The white-suited youth looked puzzled, peering forward but seeing nothing.
A moment later, an incredible scene unfolded.
The endless sea of light receded, revealing numerous figures.
These figures left Ye Sheng and the others awestruck!
On both sides of the great hall, countless figures stood within the boundless sea of light.
Each of these figures was as massive as a mountain range, enormous beyond measure, with even a single foot appearing like a mountain peak.
These colossal figures were enveloped in a brilliant sea of light, each smiling as they looked toward Ye Sheng and the others.
“Saints!”
“So many Saints!”
The white-suited youth’s eyes nearly popped out of his head. Every one of these colossal figures was a Saint! Standing right here in this great hall!
This sight was utterly shocking! It made Ye Sheng and each of them feel as if they were facing deities from All Heavens!
It made one instinctively want to kneel in worship!
“Emperor Lord! These four youngsters have arrived!” a Saint spoke, his gaze turning toward the upper part of the hall.
Ye Sheng and the others also looked up.
Above the hall, it was as if the universe was beginning to form. Turbulent Chaos Qi swirled, dense with Law Power, lightning flashed, and the phenomena were astonishing!
Boom!
Rumbles of thunder echoed as the Chaos Qi parted, revealing an unimaginable figure.
This figure was immense, seated upon the imperial throne, surrounded by darkness within which countless stars swirled.
Ye Sheng and the others looked up, unable to see its full form clearly, only able to make out its massive silhouette.
“Greetings, Emperor Lord!”
“Greetings, Honored Master!”
In the hall, the Saints paid their respects to this figure.
Among these Saints… some were old subordinates of Emperor Lord Dongxuan, while others were his disciples.
“G-greetings, Emperor Lord!”
The white-suited youth and the others also stammered their greetings, awestruck by this spectacle.
But simultaneously, deep within each of their eyes, there was a flicker of fervor.
To become a disciple of such an unimaginable existence, the lowest future achievement would likely be that of a Saint, wouldn’t it? Just like these Saints within the great hall.
“Imperial Realm!”
Ye Sheng looked up, gazing intently at the figure shrouded in Chaos Qi. From that figure, he sensed an aura identical to that of the ‘Innate Emperor Embryo.’
