Then he widened the entrance significantly and made the entrance connect all the way to the gate leading out of the dungeon at the back.

A passage stretched from the front all the way to the gate, with doors on both sides of the middle section.

“There really are a lot of materials.”

Just then, Sia’s voice came from behind. She was doing a decent job hosting the broadcast and speaking well, so Jaeha turned his head.

“First, we’re going to start with constructing the building. He said he doesn’t plan to do much exterior decorating. He also said he won’t do much interior decorating either—just flooring and wallpaper for now—so once it’s finished, it’ll probably feel more like a family home than a commercial space.”

After organizing the materials he needed, Jaeha approached Sia and spoke.

“That’s right. I expect it’ll turn out that way. As for the estimated timeline, construction will take about 3 days. Interior work will take about 4 days. Then bringing in furniture and merchandise and getting properly operational will take a week, so I’ve set a total schedule of 2 weeks.”

—Streamer, do you have any plans to lease out that building or anything?

Then Jaeha pulled a large amount of cement from his Inventory and placed it in a corner of the temple. As Undine and Gnome flew over to the cement, Sia went over there too and continued explaining all sorts of things.

Jaeha looked at the rebar he had taken out earlier and gathered in one spot. After organizing the rebar, Jaeha threw them into the pit. Then, having sorted them, he began laying them out on the ground in a uniform pattern.
