The Ye Family Estate was located in the suburban villa district.

This villa was purchased during the Ye Family’s most prosperous era. Although the family had since declined with various businesses shrinking, the property had been completely preserved under Ye Jianxing’s careful protection.

As luggage was brought into the living room, servants came forward to carry it upstairs to the second floor.

With Ye Jianxing absent, Butler Wen took charge of room assignments.

“Young Master, your room remains in its original location. Young Sir, your room is next to Xiao Xiaojie’s – both are on the second floor.”

Ye Yunji nodded, though his eyes kept wandering around the surroundings.

Finally, he was back!

He was born and raised here!

This mansion held countless memories for him. When he had left, his heart had been filled with endless emotions, and now returning made him even more excited.

All of this was exchanged by his younger sister!

Glancing at Ye Junpo, he noticed the older man’s slightly reddened eyes, clearly more emotionally affected than himself.

How could he not be moved?

This place contained over thirty years of memories – about his parents, his childhood, his children!

“Weren’t you supposed to move out yesterday?”

Ye Wanting glanced at Ye Yunxi, snorted with a laugh, plopped down on the bed, and examined her freshly painted nails.

“No one helped me pack my luggage.”

Ye Wanting sneered.

“Then Second Uncle hasn’t left either?”

As soon as she finished speaking, Ye Junlai parted through the crowd and approached with a smile: “Oh, Elder Brother, sorry about this. There are too many things, we haven’t finished packing yet. Perhaps you could stay somewhere else for now?”

Ye Yunxi could see it clearly now – this family simply didn’t want to leave!

But you must leave. The Main Family Residence is no longer where you should be staying!

“Father!”

Seeing that Ye Junpo was about to give in, Ye Yunxi raised her voice to stop him, standing firmly at the doorway.

The father and daughter pair looked quite disdainful, instead putting on a defiant expression as if to say “what can you do about it?”

Ye Yunxi curled her lips and turned to ask Butler Wen: “Where’s Zufu?”

“He went to play chess at Hao Zong’s place early this morning.”

As expected, he wasn’t home.

Ye Yunxi curled her lips: “Then please, Butler Wen, call all the household staff upstairs.”

“Call them upstairs?”

Butler Wen looked somewhat puzzled. What did this Miss intend to do?

“Yes.”

Hearing this, he had no choice but to summon everyone upstairs.

The servants greeted her in turn. Ye Yunxi nodded, then glanced at the father and daughter in the room: “Your Miss Wanting has too many things. Go and help her pack, to make space for my father.”
