Chapter 1 – Seo Yun – [Prologue]

Seo Yun had never liked his overly feminine name. For a man standing 198cm tall with a muscular build, the name Seo Yun didn’t suit him at all.

But now, should he start liking that damn name?

He saw the girl reflected in the mirror.

A girl who looked about fifteen years old.

It was hard to comfortably admire that face. With black hair and black eyes, it was a face so overwhelmingly beautiful that it felt awkward to even approach.

Why is it that when you approach an attractive person of the opposite sex, you worry they might think you’re expressing sexual interest? That’s why there’s always a tendency to deliberately keep your distance. Seo Yun thought that if he saw this girl somewhere, he would only admire her from afar and wouldn’t try to act friendly first.

Anyway, the burly firefighter’s appearance was nowhere to be found.

When Seo Yun frowned, the girl in the mirror also frowned.

It was still hard to accept that this girl’s appearance was now his own. Even his gender had changed, hadn’t it?

He continued to glare at himself in the mirror.

A year had passed since his appearance changed, but he still couldn’t bring himself to like this name or this look.

As she stepped out of the half-collapsed salon, her body trembled. The cold wind made Seo Yun’s shoulders hunch.

Even though she didn’t feel like walking in this state, she had to keep moving. She was quietly walking along the roadside when—

“Help me—”

A voice from somewhere pierced her ears. Seo Yun raised one eyebrow.

She immediately turned her body and headed toward the direction of the sound.
